The project team was approached by the owner to revisit their campus ten years after the firm completed campus-wide upgrades and renovations, looking to expand the existing institution.  After schematic design was completed, the architect was brought on board to create documentation for the three proposed residential buildings, auditorium, and fitness facility addition, and to coordinate with project’s civil engineer and landscape architect in order to meet the city’s strict guidelines for working within historical context and minimizing negative impact on the surrounding community.
