The design phase of this  San Rafael, California project was behind schedule and over budget when the architect and a team of two others were asked to take over this project.  Working efficiently, the team was able to wrap up design development and substantially complete construction documents for an initial round of pricing within a month, course-correcting the project’s timeline to be more aligned with original projections, while concurrently reducing unnecessary cost to meet the owner’s budgetary expectations.
